.The newly developed DJI Focus Pro handle features 2.5 hours of system power, intuitive on-screen controls, automatic calibration and data storage for 15 lenses, Bluetooth start/stop and mobile shooting capabilities. This gives you exceptional LiDAR focus even without the Ronin stabilizer.
Parameter settings via touchscreen, synchronization of the LiDAR view
The handle equipped with a colour touchscreen supports the setting of LiDAR and motor parameters.
It can display the LiDAR view in real time, so you can keep an eye on everything during use.
Automatic calibration, efficient and practical
The DJI Ronin app has built-in lens data that can be imported into the Focus Pro motor via a Bluetooth connection to the handle
A single motor can store data from up to 15 lenses.
Bluetooth connectivity, wireless control
The handle can be connected directly to mirrorless cameras via Bluetooth to start/stop shooting wirelessly
You can also pair it with the DJI Ronin app via Bluetooth to complete the calibration of manual lenses.

The handle supports a 2.5 hour battery life for LiDAR and focus motor
This also enables continuous use while charging with third-party PD fast-charging batteries.
The LiDAR focus distance for people has now been extended to 20 meters [2]. This is around three times as much as the previous generation. [3] Shooting with telephoto lenses is effortless
, andthe particularly wide field of view of 70° makes it easy to create edge compositions and close-ups for greater artistic freedom
.The improved LiDAR now has 76,800 measuring points, which is 77% more than the previous generation.[3] The detection of human outlines has been improved, while objects are easier to focus on. With a LiDAR refresh rate of 30 Hz, the focus remains reliably constant even when the subject moves quickly.

New AI algorithms help to detect people and vehicles more reliably.
Even if the subject is temporarily obscured, the LiDAR quickly refocuses.

You can choose between five settings for the autofocus speed
The lower settings achieve a softer focus effect, while the higher settings achieve faster and more sensitive focusing.
Selectable AF focus area
There are two modes available for the focus area: "Wide" and "Flex Spot". In wide-angle mode, the LiDAR automatically detects and focuses on people and vehicles. In Flex Spot mode, subjects to be focused on can be selected manually.

DJI Focus Pro sets a new standard for human-machine interaction in focus control with the groundbreaking AMF mode, which is integrated into both the handheld unit and the handle for the first time, and fulfills a wide range of creative requirements
.In AMF mode, the front dial on the handle (or the focus knob on the hand unit) rotates as the autofocus adjusts. This allows camera operators to observe the focus status on the monitor and intuitively perceive the autofocus logic through tactile feedback with their fingertips, so that quick decisions can be made about when to intervene manually.
Focus control is always at hand. In AMF mode, manual focus control can be switched on and off in just a few milliseconds. This not only captures the operator's vision with more precision to ensure coherent visual storytelling, but also significantly increases efficiency on set by reducing interruptions caused by focus mode changes.
The innovative AMF function allows for unlimited creative possibilities. In AMF mode, the LiDAR combined with human intervention provides a focus experience that is both elegant and dynamic as well as efficient and practical.

the DJI Focus Pro's LiDAR, camera operators can understand the spatial position of a subject more intuitively and use the LiDAR Waveform focus assistant [4] via the DJI High-Bright wireless monitor to get a bird's-eye view of the entire scene
.Furthermore, LiDARWaveform provides additional information such as the subject's position, a real-time focus position reference line and a distance scale to help assess the status of the autofocus and estimate the optimal moment for manual intervention
.Camera assistants can effortlessly control lens focus, Zoom and aperture. Teamwork becomes more efficient, allowing more complex scenes to be captured with ease.
The motor performance has been significantly improved so that professionals benefit from more precise control and more versatile options for cinematic language.
