The remote cable release is ideal for preventing camera shake when shooting with the mirrorless camera Z from Nikon. Simply plug the cable into the camera's headphone socket or remote cable release socket to release the camera's shutter without touching the camera body.

The shutter release on the cable works in the same way as the shutter release on the camera - both with the shutter release pressed halfway and fully. The remote cable release is also equipped with a lock that allows you to keep the shutter release button pressed continuously. This is practical for long exposures and continuous shooting.
