Compared to simple carrying straps, the new carrying strap from ZEISS offers the possibility of carrying the binoculars particularly comfortably. The high-quality carrying strap relieves the neck and distributes the weight over the upper body. During movement, the binoculars remain still and do not swing in different directions. Of course, the strap length can be adjusted in a wide range for various applications. The binocular attachment is simply passed through the strap eyelet by means of a loop. This type of connection is particularly quiet and prevents damage to the binoculars.

Ich habe mich nach langer Suche & Recherche für das ZEISS Conquest 10x42 HD als qualitativ hochwertiges aber dennoch möglichst kompaktes (und dennoch für Hobby-Anwender bezahlbares) Reise-Fernglas entschieden. Aufgrund des ebenfalls ansprechenden Aussehens und ähnlicher Leistungsmerkmale hatte ich zunächst u. a. auch das ZEISS Terra ED 10x42 im Blick, dann aber bemerkt, dass dieses "Made in China" und die ZEISS-Conquest-Serie "Made in Germany" produziert werden, was dann für mich letztlich den ausschlagebenden Punkt gaben zum Kauf des teureren Modells. Beim Anbieter "Foto-Erhardt" bin ich auf ein Set mit zusätzlichem ZEISS Komfort-Kreuzriemen gestoßen (zum gleichen Preis, wie ohne Kreuzriemen!), mit dem man das Fernglas in einer guten und angenehmen Trageposition stets griffbereit und ohne herumzubaumeln fest am Körper tragen kann. Zudem kam ich hier durch Zufall noch in den Genuss einer gerade erst beginnenden Sonderaktion (= meine Bestellung vollzog sich um Mitternacht und rutschte dadurch in die ersten Minuten des neuen Tages hinein), bei der man für bestimmte ZEISS-Ferngläser zusätzlich noch ein Reinigungs-Kit dazu erhielt! Einziges (wenn auch nur kleines) Manko bei dem von ZEISS mitgeliefertem Standard-Trageriemen: Man kann diesen leider nicht (bspw. durch Klipp-Verschlüsse, wie sie u. a. am ZEISS Komfort-Kreuzriemen ja bereits verbaut sind) schnell mit anderen [ZEISS-]Trageriemen, wie dem hier im Set beigefügten Komfort-Kreuzriemen wechseln, sondern muss immer ein paar Minuten herumfriemeln, wenn man zwischen Standardtrageriemen und Kreuzriemen tauschen möchte ... Das haben die Entwickler bspw. bei Swarovski mit ihren "Druckknöpfchen" wesentlicher anwenderfreundlicher und eleganter gelöst! Ansonsten bin ich aber sehr zufrieden mit meinem Kauf/ meiner Wahl und vor allem auch mit meiner ersten Bestellung bei Foto Erhardt! (Alles ging fix und ohne Probleme!!!)
