In the robust metal housing, 11 elements in 7 groups ensure outstanding imaging performance with the lowest chromatic aberration. For more stability when photographing with a tripod, it has a 1/4 inch threaded sleeve for mounting on an interchangeable plate. The two-piece front cap is also the lens hood. The aperture and focus adjustment is manual.
