For generating a directed, particularly far-reaching, almost parallel beam of light with exceptionally high light output and outstanding uniformity. Compared to operation without a reflector, the illuminance in conjunction with the Evoke 2400B floodlight, for example, is up to 21 times higher: 22420 lux at a distance of 10 m and 5749 lux at a distance of 20 m (at 5600 K).

The innovative light guide system in the reflector, in conjunction with the extension tube (snoot) at the front of the reflector, reduces stray light very effectively and ensures a uniform, focused light output with a beam angle of 6°.

Thanks to its special design and the use of lightweight materials, the parallel beam reflector weighs just 9.37 kg despite having a diameter of approx. 77 cm.

The extension tube (snoot) at the front of the reflector consists of four bendable, lightweight and hard-wearing carbon plates, which are connected at their narrow sides with Velcro fasteners.

The NLM bayonet connection is equipped with electronic contacts via which the Evoke 2400B headlamp recognizes the reflector

. The reflector can be used together with the Evoke series headlamps in dusty environments as well as in rain and snow. There is a transparent lens on the front of the reflector, which not only prevents dust from entering, but also effectively keeps insects out and ensures stable light quality in the long term.

A dust protection cap for the bayonet connection is included in the scope of delivery to seal the reflector dust-tight during transport and storage.
