The lower hot shoe has an embedded silicone pad and offers versatile installation options on camera hot shoes or cage/grip hot shoe mounts to prevent scratches on the device and ensure a secure fit. The top 1/4"-20 screw has removable positioning pins to secure specific devices, prevent deviation and ensure safety, and allows mounting of monitors, microphones, lights and more. The mount allows for 360° horizontal and 180° vertical adjustment and tension adjustment using a wrench
