Fixed focal length lens AF-S NIKKOR 20mm f/1.8G ED

Fast FX-format fixed focal length lens with ultra-wide 20mm focal length and high f/1.8 speed, an excellent choice for creative photographers who like extreme perspectives.
With its high imaging performance and compact, lightweight design, this versatile lens is an ideal choice for indoor shooting, street reporting, landscape and underwater photography, as well as filming that draws the viewer into the action.
The fast f/1.8 aperture allows for shots with shallow depth of field and smooth bokeh, as well as clear shots even in low light. This high-performance lens delivers pin-sharp sharpness to the corners of the frame with minimal distortion.

Fast 20mm fixed focal length lens for FX format (equivalent to 30mm when using a Nikon DX format camera).

Ultra-wide angle: for shooting extreme perspective, wide-open spaces, and images that draw the viewer into the action. Ideally suited for indoor photography, street reporting, landscape photography, and underwater photography, as well as for shooting video.

High speed of f/1.8: for unique images with shallow depth of field and extremely soft bokeh. Photographers benefit from faster shutter speeds, brilliant images even in low light, and a brighter viewfinder image.

High-resolution images: Optimally matched to high-resolution image sensors, this lens delivers stunning quality stills and HD movies. The advanced optical design ensures high resolution and high contrast, and point light sources are reproduced with a minimum of sagittal coma.

Outstanding imaging performance: two ED glass lenses and two aspherical lenses ensure sharp, brilliant images. Distortion is minimal despite the wide focal length range, and most forms of aberration and color dispersion are effectively minimized.

Nano Crystal Coat: significantly reduces ghosting and flare, even when backlit, for brilliant images.

Close focus distance: 0 .2 m. Photographers can get close to the subject and create image-filling shots.

Compact and lightweight design: ensures stress-free handiness.

About the buy, everything went smoothly and according to the schedule. The package was in mint conditions and the lens flawless. The price was a bit better than average.
About the Nikon AF-S 20mm, this one is amazing. Super light and sharpness. Fast Focusing. It has distortion but with raw shooting automatically is corrected in Lightroom.
Great buy!
