Never miss a moment, even in fast-moving scenes
To better capture subjects in motion, the α7C offers continuous shooting at up to 10 fps with AF/AE tracking and up to 8 fps in Live View mode. It also supports silent shooting at up to 10 fps with AF/AE tracking.

AI-based tracking and AF with real-time eye detection of Sony
For portraits, reliable subject tracking matters. As with previous models, you simply need to half-press the shutter button once you point the camera at your subject to start real-time eye-tracking AF. With the α7C, real-time tracking can be used without AF-C mode via the AF-ON button, so you can get started right away. The camera focuses reliably even when wearing glasses or when your face is partially obscured.

Remote shooting via mobile devices and PCs
Thanks to the α7C's Wi-Fi function, you can set up the camera farther away for selfies or vlogs. Control via PC, smartphone, or tablet - including previewing, adjusting settings, or pressing the shutter button.

Fast transfer to mobile devices for social media
Photos and videos can be transferred directly to smartphones and tablets via 2.4- or 5-GHz Wi-Fi for viewing, sharing, and storing. One-touch or QR code transfer is possible on certain devices.
